Ebony’s duties included overseeing the overall performance and operations of the office. She is also tasked with marketing and overseeing client relations. Ebony is proud of the fact that many of the 90 day surveys the Baltimore office sends out to clients are returned with an “excellent” rating in all the survey categories.
Rochelle’s responsibilities include recruiting, hiring and supervising all of the office’s care providers on a daily basis. Her other responsibilities include scheduling of the care providers, payroll, and making sure the office stays within compliance with all of the rules and regulations that govern home care in the State of Maryland.
