Understanding Your Senior Homecare Options

We can typically start services within one to two days, ensuring your loved one gets the support they need as soon as possible.

To begin, we’ll need the senior’s name and address, a brief overview of their care needs, and a preferred schedule. From there, we’ll schedule a needs assessment visit (if required in your state) and set a start date for services.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your caregiver, we will assign a new one—no additional cost, no questions asked.

Yes. We offer flexible senior care services, and you may discontinue care at any time without penalties or hidden fees.

We bill bi-weekly for schedules under 80 hours per week and weekly for live-in care for seniors or schedules exceeding 80 hours. Payments are securely processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for ease and safety.

Yes! We can arrange an interview with your potential caregiver for seniors, and there’s no charge for this service.

Yes! Our Registered Nurse or Community Relations Manager will conduct an in-home needs assessment. There is a one-time $125 fee, which we waive for schedules exceeding 30 hours per week.

If your assigned caregiver is unable to work due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, our on-call team will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible to ensure uninterrupted homecare for your loved one.

Our senior caregivers go through an extensive screening and training process, including:
✔ In-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and character.
✔ A 20-point senior care knowledge test.
✔ Background checks covering seven years of history.
✔ Verification of certifications and compliance with state regulations.
✔ Orientation covering care policies, job duties, and client needs.
✔ Full coverage under Worker’s Compensation and a Dishonesty Bond.

While traditional health insurance typically does not cover our homecare services, we have trained staff who can verify long-term care (LTC) insurance benefits on your behalf.
