Radhik began his career in healthcare private equity, working with firms including Blackstone, LLR Partners, and NKP Capital. With a passion for entrepreneurship and healthcare, he found his calling with Options, where he is dedicated to empowering franchise owners by helping them achieve their professional and financial goals while scaling high-quality senior care across the country. Radhik is a graduate of the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Beyond his work, Radhik enjoys staying active, following Philadelphia sports, and passionately supporting his beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
Ebony has been with Options for over five years, rising from receptionist to care coordinator, compliance officer, and operations manager. In her current role, she supports the executive team in daily operations, enhancing team performance, maintaining the highest standards, and constantly pushing our team to deliver the best possible care services for our clients.
Ramzi is the co-founder of Options for Senior America. The idea for founding the company was born while Ramzi and his brother, Sam, were caring for their mother. Options grew to become one of the leading home care agencies in the Mid-Atlantic and launched a growing franchise network. Today, Ramzi advises our new franchise owners while enjoying his other passions, including the arts, music, and poetry.
Sam has played a pivotal role in building Options into one of the nation’s leading home care agencies. Since its founding in 1989, he led the company’s operational growth, expanded its presence across multiple states, and helped launch a successful franchise model now spanning 25+ locations in 12 states. Now retired, he’s enjoying his time exploring new countries and listening to music.
