Since 2009, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate senior care, empowering older adults to maintain their independence and dignity while feeling truly valued and respected.
Before stepping into my leadership role, I worked for several years as a home health aide, providing direct, hands-on care to seniors in their homes. This experience gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of older adults, shaping my empathetic approach and reinforcing my dedication to personalized, high-quality service.
With over 15 years of experience in the health industry, I combine in-depth healthcare knowledge with a strong connection to the senior community. My background allows me to bridge medical care and community resources, ensuring that every individual receives tailored guidance and seamless access to essential services.
In my role as Community Outreach Director, I am passionate about fostering strong relationships within the community, raising awareness about senior care options, and advocating for the well-being of older adults. My mission is to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the lives of the seniors and families I serve, helping them feel supported every step of the way
As Care Coordinator Manager and co-owner, I bring a deep passion and commitment to ensuring that every senior we serve receives the highest quality of care and support. With extensive experience in scheduling and staff coordination, I make it a priority to match each client with the right caregiver and ensure every shift runs smoothly and reliably.
Beyond managing schedules, I take great pride in training and preparing our caregivers to deliver compassionate, personalized care. By providing hands-on guidance and comprehensive training, I make sure our team is fully equipped to meet each client’s unique needs with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
