In this role, Ashley works closely with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, and social service agencies to educate partners on home care solutions that promote safety, independence, and continuity of care. A key part of her responsibilities includes visiting clients and families in hospitals to assess needs, provide guidance, and help coordinate a smooth transition from inpatient care to the home setting. These in-person visits allow Ashley to build trust, address concerns in real time, and ensure care plans are aligned with clinical recommendations and family goals.
Ebony serves as Director of Care Quality, overseeing clinical standards, service delivery, and continuous quality improvement across the organization. With a strong commitment to safety, dignity, and compassionate care, Ebony ensures that every client receives services that meet or exceed industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
In this role, Ebony is responsible for developing and monitoring care protocols, conducting quality assurance reviews, and supporting caregivers through training, supervision, and performance improvement. She works closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to address concerns proactively and to adapt care plans as client needs evolve.
Rochelle acts as a trusted liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal teams, helping to match each client with the right level of care while addressing concerns promptly and compassionately. Known for their responsiveness and attention to detail, Rochelle works closely with families to navigate care options, coordinate services, and adapt care plans as needs evolve.
