With years of experience in the healthcare industry as a supervisor nurse in a rehabilitation and memory care center, she has always understood the importance of quality care for seniors. Before becoming a registered nurse, she had already worked as a caregiver for several years, which gave her a deep understanding of, and appreciation for, the role caregivers play in ensuring seniors overall health and wellbeing.
Her personal experience as a primary caregiver to her veteran father-in-law is what inspired her to establish Options for Senior America Southern Fairfax, which focuses on providing compassionate care, encouraging independence, and appreciating the uniqueness of seniors as they remain in the comfort of their own homes.
