Since September 2023, we have been receiving outstanding care from Options for Senior America, Springfield, Southern Fairfax Virginia. We were leaving another home healthcare company to use Options and owner Liza Sagudan made us feel assured we were in good hands. Liza has gone above and beyond to place the best caregivers with our mother who requires 12-hour daily care with assistance machines. She is very personable and cares about the work she does. We are really grateful for one of her caregivers named Maria (Imee) who has been with our mom for 2 years. Maria and other replacements have been caring and responsive to our mother’s needs and gives us the ability to keep our mom living at home with us. Liza’s caregivers are part of the family and we are comfortable leaving mom in their care. I have nothing but positive things to say because of the amazing care they provide in a business where it is difficult to find reliable consistent care for elderly requiring bathing and toileting needs.

With years of experience in the healthcare industry as a supervisor nurse in a rehabilitation and memory care center, she has always understood the importance of quality care for seniors. Before becoming a registered nurse, she had already worked as a caregiver for several years, which gave her a deep understanding of, and appreciation for, the role caregivers play in ensuring seniors overall health and wellbeing.
Her personal experience as a primary caregiver to her veteran father-in-law is what inspired her to establish Options Home Care Southern Fairfax, which focuses on providing compassionate care, encouraging independence, and appreciating the uniqueness of seniors as they remain in the comfort of their own homes.
